Established in 2020.
PK Oyster Bar by Chef Ramon of the famous Oyster Bars in Las Vegas. After 15+ years of commitment, understanding and continually learning the craft, taste and origin of Cajun and Creole Cuisine, Chef Ramon has created his own kitchen to solely focus on the taste and quality of every dish that is put out. After being laid off during the pandemic, Chef Ramon and his business partner who tried tested, tasted as Chef Ramon put his own twist to the popular and legendary Pan Roast. Starting from his own home kitchen to a commissary kitchen then to a cloud kitchen and now their own restaurant so they can provide their loyal patrons the full service experience.
